1. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the McLaren Giveaway, entrants must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Must be a follower of at least one of the following official Pfane social media accounts:

   • YouTube

   • Instagram

   • TikTok

3. Must be an active participant, which includes:

   • Regular commenting on posts, videos, or content.

   • Sharing at least 10% of Pfane’s videos on their own social media accounts.

4. Must have a valid social media account in good standing (not suspended, banned, or fraudulent).

5. Must live in a region or country where giveaway contests are legally permissible.

6. Must comply with all rules outlined here and all platform-specific terms of service.

2. Winner Selection

1. A winner will be chosen at random from a list of the most active followers across all three platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

2. A winner will only be selected once Pfane reaches one million total followers combined across the three platforms.

3. All qualifying entrants will be compiled into an activity-verified list prior to the random draw.

4. Pfane reserves the right to verify activity, identity, and compliance with all rules before awarding the prize.

3. Reasons for Disqualification

An entrant may be disqualified immediately for any of the following reasons:

1. Failure to meet the 18+ age requirement.

2. Not following any of the Pfane social media accounts at the time of the draw.

3. Insufficient activity, including:

   • Lack of meaningful engagement

   • Not sharing at least 10% of Pfane’s videos

4. Use of fake, automated, or purchased accounts, including bots, engagement farms, or manipulated follower activity.

5. Multiple entries using duplicate or secondary accounts.

6. Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior directed at Pfane, its community, employees, or other entrants.

7. Violation of the terms of service on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or any relevant social platform.

8. Failure to verify identity within the timeframe provided once selected.

9. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during entry or verification.

10. Attempting to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the giveaway process.

4. People Not Allowed to Participate

The following individuals are not eligible to participate or win:

1. Employees, contractors, subcontractors, or volunteers of Pfane or its affiliated organizations.

2. Immediate family members of employees, contractors, subcontractors, or volunteers (including spouses, children, siblings, parents, or household members).

3. Business partners, advisors, or consultants directly connected to Pfane operations.

4. Anyone involved in the administration, marketing, or oversight of the giveaway.

Pfane will provide documentation confirming the prize transfer.

8. General Conditions
